Listening to patients – What Matters to You Day
Staff at Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) Centre for Health and Care at Plean St, Scotstoun celebrated ‘What Matters to You’ day on 6 June with a stall outside to chat to patients.
What Matters to You is an initiative focused on understanding and prioritising the needs and preferences of our patients. The day encourages staff to engage in meaningful conversations with their patients to learn about their values, concerns and what truly matters to them in their care.

Primary Care is the term used to describe community health services which are services that the public can access directly to meet health care needs. These are made up of a number of services including:
General Practice - The general practice team is made up doctors called General Practitioners (GPs), Nurses, Administrators, Pharmacy and sometime other Allied Health Professions. You can find your local General Practice.

Parkhead Hub Update – June 2024
A new exhibition at the Parkhead Forge shopping centre showcases Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) new Parkhead Hub Health and Care Centre and its creative engagement activity with local people.
Construction of the Hub is on track to be completed at the end of August. Following handover from the contractors, the building will be furnished, and IT installed. Staff will transfer from the middle of October 2024 with patients and service users welcomed towards the end the month.
