National Care Service (Scotland) Bill
The Scottish Government’s National Care Service (Scotland) Bill aims to make Scottish Ministers accountable for social care, as they are currently for health care, within Scotland. It will be one of the most significant reforms of public services since the creation of the National Health Service (NHS).
Parkhead Hub - April 2024 Update
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) Parkhead Hub Health and Care Centre construction will be completed in August. The new Hub will integrate health, social care and community facilities, including a cafe and Parkhead Library.

Consultation on updated Integration Scheme
Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) are in the process of updating the current Integration Scheme for Health and Social Care services in Glasgow City.
The current Integration Scheme was agreed by the Scottish Parliament in June 2015. The Scheme is a legal agreement between the Council and the Health Board in Glasgow City, that outlines the services provided by Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and describes how they are planned, delivered and monitored locally.
