The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on National Care Home Contract (NCHC) Increases (2024/25); and to note the approval by the Chief Officer and Chief Officer, Finance and Resources under delegated authority, on the grounds of urgency.

This report provides an update on the new funding arrangements put in place by Scottish Government through the Enhanced Mental Health Outcomes Framework and advise IJBs in Greater Glasgow and Clyde of the implications across all programmes.
